What is a crafted design story?

A ‘crafted design story’ is a story created with both pencil, computer and hands. A story based on analysis, theory and practice.

The story can unfold in print, digital, in interiors, exhibitions, visual identities, brand concepts, as well as illustrations or handicrafts. It is always something that is visually beautiful and will last a long time.

CASA ALFA
philosophy

••• Understand and value the customer. Every customer is special.

••• Respect the time for research and analysis. Without knowledge and insight - no authentic and unique products.

••• Let natural and cultural history become part of the inspiration.

••• Create sustainable designs reflected by the customer - not by a trend.

••• Include old crafts when possible. For example in techniques or materials.

••• Prioritise the climate and the environment. Use recycling, local production and sustainable materials.

••• Collaborate with openness and acceptance of differences.
